Willing to increase perfomance and improve the quality of service, Renault implemented AutoSoftCapping to automate their Soft Capping policy. Previously using GCL, the company was suffering from capping periods. During these periods, their machine was limited to 87% of its capacity. With ASC, the machine can now be used at 100% while costing 2% less in MLC. As a result, the car manufacturer reduced its capping periods and lowered his bill. “From an end-user perspective, ASC is a smart and dynamic group capping solution.  It allowed us to reduce the SCRT value more than GCL would have permitted. By implementing and using AutoSoftCapping, a French bank increased its performance while reducing the Monthly License Charges costs. The bank did a 9% capacity upgrade of their machines. This could have resulted in a high increase of their MLC costs.
